I ordered the Aluma wallet. I was charged for shipping when the commercial advertised it was free. When ordering online I was not given an option to review the order before finalizing it. I immediately called your customer service number and spoke to Heidi. She was rude and just wanted to finish the conversation. She told me there was nothing she could do because the order didn't show and if I wanted to just call back in 24 hours.
