We lost our home to a fire and needed everything. Like the others that complained we got suckered into Big promises. After trying to buy Hardwood flooring, kitchen appliances, Tv sets, Porch Columns, Porch railings, Kitchen stoves, Bedroom, living room to name just a few, all they could say was well we can match it or beat it. Then they tack on their 8% handling fee and 10% tax for Memphis plus most items won't get shipped to our home which means we get to drive 2 hours. Unbelievable. I'm going to voice a complaint on the Tennessee Attorney Generals office. Probably won't do any good. Watch OUT, RIP OFF read full review »
