i have been trying to settle a dispute i have with DCS for months. i was told the dispute process takes about 60-90 days and it has been 6 months. my wages were being garnished, but when the garnishment should have been paid off, DCS tacked on $3500 in fees and penalties. I sent paperwork to dispute the debt to JAMIE PENA at DCS Nov. 19, 2010. haven't heard from them since they got the dispute letter and stopped the garnishment. i think they are just hoping i will be grateful i am not getting garnished anymore and forget. read full review »
