You can rarely get through to them by phone. They have an answering machine set up to leave your message but they do not call you back. I tried to call them 12 times just today alone. Five times I left a message and phone number for them to call me back. No one ever called. My loan was sold to them in january 2009 and for three months they kept trying to overcharge me 20. each month. I hate this company. The few times I have been able to get through I had to talk to foreigners who had no knowledge and I could barely understand. Only one did I ever get someone who spoke decent English and was friendly. I think this company needs investigated big time!!! read full review »
