I ordered four plush dolls as well as some bandages from Gorey Details on March 28, 2011. As the other complaints have noted, I immediately received my receipt of purchase which included the delivery time frame as 2-3 days from purchase. I am an avid internet shopper, and I know these are just estimates, so I gave it around 7 days. Having not received my order after 9 days had passed (April 6, 2011), I wrote the company via email, to inquire about my order.
