I just spend over $7K for appliances with Bray and Scarff. The items were to be delivered this past Friday. However, I was called the day prior to be informed that my wall unit was not in stock and would be in around the 27th but the other items would be delivered as scheduled. The delivery made late that Friday was a comedy of errors. The installers stripped the screw on the handle of the dishwasher - so the handle could not be put on, therefore I can not open it.
