Bill Norris left a flyer on our door after a tornado hit our community. He came out and said he could get State Farm to cover us for a new roof that was leaking, due to wind and hail damage. 1/9/11 State Farm inspected our roof and said they would replace it on 1/12/2011 Mr Norris of Norkobi, Inc. asked for a deposit of $2590.15 to cover the materials and labor and within two to three weeks we would have a new roof. As of now 4/19/2011 and many unanswered phone calls no new roof. We had State Farm call him and he assured them he would contact us. That was over a month ago. read full review »
