Received a letter dated 4/8/11 informing me of official release of the 2011 Customer's Compensation Lottery Draw organized for all customers of major stores Best Buy, walmart sears, lowes, home depot, zeller, staples, ikea, mastercard, amex, cvs, jc penney walgreens, kmart in conjunction with with North American Sweepstakes Ass.The Capital One check enclosed of $3850.00 was to be used to pay taxes of $2850.00 and to be deducted from my winnings of $125, 000.00. If it wasn't for bad luck I wouldn't have any at all and I consider this BAD LUCK !!! read full review »
