After speaking with ebay university staff, I was contacted by 3XP Web Solutions. I was led to believe that they were contacting me on the behalf of ebay university. I have been unsuccessful in contacting anyone from ebay, or 3XP to date. I have left many messages and emails to no avail. My next call shall be to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, as this appears to be an ongoing internet scam.
