Started off well. Put in new power drop with permit. However, he didn't get a permit to install new wire or change kitchen wiring. I didn't know this until the end. He wired certain things but didn't label them in the breaker box. He ran wires that he left unconnected in the attic. Insulation was blown in before he finished in the attic, despite my warnings it was going to be done. He had the map "in his head".
