Firstly I have two mortages the one is managed by a Company who calls me to offer me lower interest rates and payment amounts and does what they agree to. The other are the ripoff artists at SPS Select Piracy Servicing. After agreeing to a loan modification and a trial of $1254 per month down from $1708, they mess up on the contract and can't get it right after over a month.
