I entered my $1 "deposit" through PayPal on 4/1/11 to ask a neurology question. The site says answers within minutes, maybe hours. Three days later I had no answer. I finally figured out how to ask for a refund, and on 4/10 was informed, "We will process your refund manually, usually within a day". It is now 4/18/11 and I have received no refund. read full review »
