This company has other related websites that all operate in the same way but come under the umbrella of the Online Shopping Company. I ordered a case of real ale from them on 5/02/11 and received the usual confirmation email and a subsequent one promising delivery the following week. The day after it failed to arrive, I received an "order update" promising delivery the following week - the same thing happened a further 6 times by which time I had emailed them to complain.
