SpaCoverBuyDirect.com produces ill fitting spa covers brand named Spa Mate. They are not OEM. Owner is nice when ordering but very rude and downright deceptive when there is a fit problem. No matter what the problem is, this company WILL NOT work with you or take any returns. The owner required photos of his cover on our spa. After supplying them, he drew my attention to one of the photos and told me how well it fit. That particular photo was of our original spa cover, not his.
