The herb shack has horrendous customer service. I have noticed that they simply ingnore you when you try to get a hold of them regarding your order, if there happens to be a problem. There are many better sites to buy from which will be reliable and ship on time. I don't even look for my order anymore in the mail, I know it is never coming. I have given up on it. As of yesterday they have stopped accepting credit cards. Presumably this is because they have had so many chargebacks that they have lost their merchant account... read full review »
