Big Local is a HUGE SCAM. They do not do anything to help your company and have an unfair and difficult cancellation policy- you have to mail them a letter, email them, and call them before they will cancel and then they charge you half your yearly contract. They did not have all our information to even optimize our company search and they DID NOT LET us know. When we found out, it took hours for them to promise a refund for one month, which they never gave us. We canceled and just posting this so that no other small business wastes time and money on these scammers. read full review »
