I purchased a "new" Sony Vaio Laptop Battery VGP-BPS13A/Q from Mini-Laptop-Accessories.com in late December 2010. They sent me a dead battery. I had it checked by a tech and they confirmed it was a dead battery. I returned it per the instructions provided by Mini-Laptop-Accessories.com. They did not send me another battery or a refund. They no longer respond to my email. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They are thieves. Danger! Danger! I will no longer buy any product from an Internet retailer based in China.
