The condo that I live in contracts out to Russell Plumbing and on several occassion my husband or I have had to deal with them. We would never use them for ourselves and are a bit bummed that the condo gives this company any business. The latest service yesterday and today were the worst encounters for me. The plumber (and I will spare you the details of why he was there) knocked and asked to come in and run the water. I allowed him to do so.
