April 20, 2011 AWA 825 Market Street, Suite 300 Allen, TX 75013 Dear Sir or Madam, I have received this correspondence from you indicating that I do not have pre-existing condition coverage that is not correct. When I originally purchased this coverage a pre-existing coverage was included. I did not opt out of this coverage. Please explain how it was that even though I am paying for the pre-existing clause, you are now saying it is not part of my coverage. How did I end up paying more for less.?
