Went to website, ordered free cd, but closed out of website once I found out there was a free trial attached to it. I did not confirm any charges or membership, nor did I receive any confirmation, notification, or free cd; yet I was still charged 2.95 for shipping on the cd, and 39.95 for the membership. This is a very unethical practice of the company. They should, at the very least, send an e-mail confirmation...like all companies do...so one can be aware of products they "bought" and charges that will be made to their credit/debit... read full review »
