The product is horrible and the company refuses to refund your money. They tell you that you now own the starter kit and that it can not be returned for a refund!! The cartridges are cheap and impossible to attach to the battery and atomizer without getting the liquid on you. Once I did get it all together the taste is awful and it does not seem like you are smoking a real cigarette at all! They should be shut down!! read full review »
