purchased a pair of texas steer work boots #00093 about a month ago from the white lake michigan store. the sole fell off left boot. the boots were worn indoors in a clean and dry retail store envirement..im a hi/lo driver. was told the boots were worn and could not be exchanged or refunded..(wanted exchange)..have spent alot of money over many yrs for my family and self at k-mart...never again...lucky for us there is a wal-mart across the road from the white lake mich. k-mart.dummy me should have been shopping at wal-mart years ago. read full review »
