I owned a condo here it was Robbed they stole the blinds cut the pipes off at the wall were takeng the kitchen out when I discovred this, only 2 people had a key myself and the manger WENDY STEVENSON. Also the condo fees is about 280.00 per mo for about 460 sq ft much higher than all other around there, They take money from a delvolper for the roof put it 25 k in the general fund than raise the amount for the roofing fund, They make a inflated budget to make the owners pay more, started charging ant tentants a 500 securtiy deposit on unit... read full review »
