I have credit card companies using lawyer to get judgements against me. Why? Because no one has contacted them. I was told by Debtpro 123 not to speak to my creditors, therefore I did speak to them or tell them I was using their services. Debtpro did not contact them. When I spoke to debtpro 123 in March 2011 about this I was told that I needed to fill out a power of attorney form first. I signed up for their services in September of 2010.
