Owner has no salon experience at all. She is not even a licensed cosmetologist. She has no manager. which is illegal, She doesn't return phone calls when people have complained about there bad service. She doesn't honor the bad service. She doesn't use the proper products to preform expensive hair services, nor does she have enough product for the stylist to preform the service.
