My wife and I had student loans which were recently transferred to ACS education. We had been applying for Income Based Repayment with the original lender when it happened (something we found a little fishy). They have been impossible to deal with. We carefully sent them everything they asked for. Months went by without hearing from them.I called many times and was told they had never recieved anything.
