On 4/20/11 I received two rude phone calls from 2 different representatives who adamantly refused to ackowledge that I did not apply for nor did I want a platinum credit card. One of the rep's name was Tony. The calls were place to my home after 8PM to my home number - 865-249-8376. Please take of this matter for me.
