In January 2011 we ordered over $7000 of furniture for Bill Cox Unpainted Furniture. We were told to expect delivery typically within 6-8 weeks, with a maximum of 12 weeks. Several times, we tried to call them, but they never answered their phone nor returned messages. Their website showed a complaint with an answer that they have a big sign in their store saying that they have 12 weeks to deliver. It has now been 12 weeks for us, so I paid them a visit.
