Do not purchase this company's warranty contracts!!! I have sold lots of their contracts over the past 2 - 3 years and now that they have been out there for a while and customers are starting to make some claims, they are trying to find ways to void the contracts. They will try anything and everything that they possibly can to not have to pay. There is no negotiating with them either. It's their way or the highway and most of the time you won't like their way.
