I purchased a Verizon Wireless mobile telephone on December 28, 2010 at the COSTCO store in Livonia, Michigan. They printed off all the documentation for my rebate. I mailed all in for the rebate in January 2011. NOTHING rec'd to date and no answers adressing my concerns. read full review »
