My wife and I bought a 2010 Dodge Journey from these guys. We went in with a letter they mailed to us saying they'd give us 125% of Kelly Blue Book value. Not up to...but we WILL give you 125% for your trade in. We called the night before and confirmed that they'd give us the 125%. They confirmed so the next day, my wife and I drive the 45 min to see them. We tell them that with that offer, that covers our trade in so that we can start fresh.
