My apartment complex uses this company as a 3rd billing for water. First off, they are VERY expensive! Stupidly, I signed a lease agreeing to pay a flat rate of $61.10/month for water and its only me living there! The first few bills were accurate, but they weren't delivered until shortly before the due date. I'm starting to believe they send the bill out late (or not at all) to tack on additional charges.
