I bought 3 appliances from the in 2008. The original shipment was screwed up and we only recieved 2 of them. I called them and they said there was a mistake, that they would follow up and get back to me. The remaining appliance (a dishwasher) showed up several weeks later. The same dishwasher, which I bought an extended warranty for has now gone out. Called AJM and was told that I should have mailed in a warranty card that was supposed to come with the order but didn't.
