My dog was due for a fecal exam to test for parasites. On January 27th 2010, Raymond Avenue Veterinary Clinic took the fecal sample I submitted and charged me $40. Nearly two weeks later and asking about it four times, Amber admitted that the test was never given and the fecal sample had been lost.
