We had a couple deals with Steltmen Group and specifically our VB manager, Chris Mylin. We paid fees up front, and in the process of one of our loans, our first one, we encountered numerous problems and changes. Lenders changed without consulting us first, lender fee changes again with no consultation, even had processors changed mid stream, that was even admitted to us via email.
