Unbelievably bad business ethics. I have received a couple of referrals for projects that turned into nothing - owners not moving on them. One was completely unreasonable to do (a room in an attic); on the other the owner will not return contact attempts. This company apparently contacted this second project owner and was supposedly told that the owner was still going to do the project and would respond to email contact.
