Brain Host advertises itself as a 100% moneyback, satisfaction guarantee hosting services. Recently, I signed up for their hosting services, and cancelled within a couple of days. My original charge was $251.85. However, they refunded me only $216.90. Several attempts to contact them via e mail got me the answer that the difference of $34.95 was their charge for registration and set up.
