on apr. 21, 2011 at 17:50 i called in an order, that was taken by rebecca [no. 010], witch was an order of steak finger basket 6 pieces, with an extra gravy. when i got it, and brought it home, i found that the extra gravy was not in the order, so i had to go back to get the gravy. the idea was to call in and save time, but instead it took longer. and this is not the first time. they do this about 50% of the time. read full review »
