They called my son-in-law and told him to give my wife a message that a lawsuit had been filed against her social security number and for her to call back immediately. My son-in-law i an ex-credit collector and knew that it was illegal for them to divulge this information to him. He told them that he was forwarding the message to the TX attorney General's office.
