I purchased PDF software from the Adobe site and the order was processed by Digital River which received my Paypal transaction. I was able to download the software and was informed that the serial number would be posted within 72 hours. It is now five days later and the serial number is still not available. I have had two chats with customer service and one phone call, non of which resolved the problem. read full review »
