Lawyers in Oklahoma City say... DON'T USE KEN BOYER. My ex was arrested last year for actual physical control (APC) of a vehicle. His fault. I get that. He used Ken Boyer Bail Bonds get him out. $300 down for a $3000 bond. Fair enough. His instructions were to check in each time he went to court and make payments as scheduled. I took him to court in late April 2009. Afterwards, when he went to check in at Ken Boyer, a dirty disheveled bondsman demanded a $110 payment or else they would take him back to jail.
