Very unprofessional and irresponsible owner. I order a bouquet from her over a month ago for my grandmother's funeral and asked for photos to be taken of the bouquet since I was out of state and would not be able to see them at the funeral. Today (a month later) I called to learn that they had been mailed today. The only contact or effort that was made was on my part.
