I sued this company under the TCPA and FDCPA Rules. I brought the action in District level court in Michigan and now have a JUDGMENT against them. Follow the rules by adding your number to the "donotcall.gov" website and then reveiw TCPA and FDCPA rules. I am now GARNISHING PACE FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS. I REPEAT I NOW HAVE A JUDGMENT AGAINST PACE FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS AND I AM GARNISHING THEM. I would advise anyone receiving calls from PACE FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS to review the rules under TCPA and FDCPA and see if there is a violation. read full review »
