W*Value Plus has been charging my credit card for $16.95 since Jan. 09. for a service that I know nothing about. I pay my credit card bill by computer and didn't catch the charges until last month. Now, when I call the number given on my credit card, the phone is answered by a recording saying that they need my password for a Conference Call set up. Can not find any way to talk to the person or company that is making these charges to my credit card each month. I need information as to how I can get these charges off my credit card billing. read full review »
