We hired them to do our wedding on Sept. 11, 2010 and we are still waiting for our album and DVD of our hi-res images. They don't return calls and seldom return emails. In each email, has been some excuse, lost in the mail, photo lab delays, etc. At this point, I know they have our pictures because I've seen them on their online proofing site back in December and in their advertising for their business.
