Looking at bank statement and had an unauthorized charge on my bank account with a fony check that did not even have a valid check #. The check was in the amount of $19.99. The check had a phone # on it and I called and they told me to go to a website www.ulsrefund.com and request refund. So far I haven't been able to pull this website up yet. read full review »
