I ordered goods from 2Vitamins.com on 21st September 2010 - I waited well past the 18 working days for the goods but they did not arrive. I have sent 17 emails to the company with specific questions and requesting a refund. All I get in return are emails from various people assuring me that my refund is being processed, that delays are due to a new management team, a new accounts system, waiting on their legal dept etc etc. They have now sent me an email saying that I have to wait another 9 working days for them to send me a refund request... read full review »
