I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP THERE AGAIN! I ordered a 200$ dress, it came 2 weeks later...thats right 2 WEEKS! and mind you, its in NY and im in PA...there is no reason that it should have been 2 weeks. I emailed, called...and finally 4 days later I get a response to my email saying that my cc was put on hold and that they emailed me about it saying why there was a hold on my order. I RECEIVED NO SUCH EMAIL. I have never had a company blatantly lie to me. So I have called emailed back...NOTHING. I DID NOT KNOW this website was exchange only... read full review »
