I was contacted by someone who said for a flat fee of $905.98 I would be guaranteed to have my credit card interest rates lowered - possibly as low as 1.9%. I spoke to someone at Chase Bank and they said they do not do business in that way - so please DO NOT fall for this one!!! read full review »
