After being approved for a HAMP loan mod through Suntrust Mortgage, we got sold to Nationstar in December 2010. Nationstar is even worse than people are talking about. They lie, cheat, and mislead you. They are horrible. The first thing they sent to us was foreclosure paperwork. They said that they had no record that Suntrust modified our loan and that we were 7 months behind.
